Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

All sales on big promotion(40%-70%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.
To prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, strict hygiene standards are a must. Base layer items, classified as intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked for everyone's safety and comfort.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
I got so many compliments left n right saying I looked like a supermodel!! You can tell it’s good quality. I wish I could give it a perfect 5 stars but if it were $150 I would. But for the cost of nearly $300, I wish I were 100% happy. I’d give it about a 95% simply because the pants pockets and torso were a bit short. I think I have pretty standard measurements for a size small. I’m always between a size XS to S unless it’s Asian sizes then I might be a M but I am 107lbs, 5’5” with bust-waist-hip 32-24-34. The small fit me great everywhere when I’m standing still like a model but when I lifted my arms, I would get a front wedgie if you catch my drift. Perhaps the crotch could have some elasticity. When I fell once with my phone in the pant pocket, the pocket was so tight that I could not flex my torso to get back up until I took my phone out of my pocket. Perhaps the pockets could be deeper. But there are chest pockets where I was able to store my phone instead. There is another pocket on the inner chest lining which is great for keys. Overall an awesome ski suit sure to garner tons of compliments.

I LOVE this suit, it’s warm & beautiful- I just went skiing for 9 hours in 18 degree weather and had no issue with warmth (of course I had hot chilly layering under as well) I will say the sizing is a little tricky so I recommend sizing up 1-2 sizes (I’m 5’5” 135lbs and generally fit into a small or sizes 2/4. I ordered medium after reading the reviews that it was snug on the legs but even the medium was too tight on my quads, barely went up and definitely wouldn’t allow for layering. The size L fit perfectly. So you may have to order two sizes to see which fits best and return the one that doesn’t. I got lots of compliments and felt great in this look! 10/10 recommend subject to the limited sizing
