Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

All sales on big promotion(40%-70%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
Shipped to Alberta Canada took 1 weeks. I'm 5'7'' 135 lbs and the medium fits perfect with leggings underneath. It's very comfortable to move around it. The suit is long enough that it will be great for snowboard boots and the sides open to fit the width of the boots. I cana't wait to wear it on the hill. The fabric is great and it's much more vibrant in person than the pastels look in the stock photo. Obsessed!!!!

I don't often write reviews but I was waiting to get back to my hotel room to share this: this is the best ski suit I've ever had. It is really perfect! I will shop here for all my ski stuff going forward! Loved it and 100% recommend buying it.

Much better this time.Excited about this fun one.
Looks good.This is the SMALL.I baught the Medium in this one first because I had baught the blue/purple water colour one originally in small but the water colour was very muted very little colour at all and the small was too tight especially under arm/bust area restricting movement.So I chose this one hoping it's colour would pop more and tried the medium but I think the water colour and this one are made differently or by different manufacturers as this one fits great in small and the medium was way too big and alot more movement/comfortability this time than the small in the watercolour one. So keep that in mind when choosing which one.I haven't tried it outside yet so I can't comment on that as of yet. I am 4 foot 11 about 120 pounds. 36" bust,30" highwaist(belly button), 34"waist, 36"hips, 15" shoulders,17" torso,21" shoulder to wrist,30" leg 32 if you go hip to toe. My hair is in a top bun by the way and I don't have shoes/boots on. I thought the hood was made wrong velcro wise as they are both fuzzy but I quickly learned they go in the flaps by the zipper and the non fuzzy velcro part is in there.The only thing is the amount of extra room in the butt but I'm not concermed that just means I don't have to worry about splitting as i bend down to child level.Really excited about this fun one and to see what the children in daycare think.Thank you.
