Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

All sales on big promotion(40%-70%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
So cute! It’s warm and room to layer up. You definitely need to size up. I am normally a small in things like this and the medium fit me perfectly. I am 5’3 125lbs. It’s very good quality too. I’m not sure how the larger sizes are, but this was perfect for my height so much taller people might have a problem and need to size up even more but not sure.

OMG! It's so cute and I love it!
I LOVE this suit - I'm finally at cute skier status - I actually just lost about 21lbs - it would be a little small if I had not, but it is good motivation to keep the weight off and keep going down. I got an XL - I'm 5'4 and about 184lbs - so I'm not a little girl - large for a skier. However I am comfortable, and it is cute, but if you are any heavier at my height, it will fit a little small. One idea is to go to the men's sizes if you are bigger - however, I don't think they will have pink which is my favorite color.

This product is perfect durable, cute and stylish as well as comfortable. I did size up to an xl when I’m usually a large I am 5’10 and the xl is just big enough for me to remain comfortable. I recommend taking the extra time to measure your body and follow their size guide for everything to be sure u get exactly what u want It has thumb holes for the sleeves which is hella cute and it is super super high quality and the shape is perfect. I can tell it’s burton quality and definitely waterproof perfect. Perfect buy for an all in one sweater and snow pants not needing to worry about buying both separately for the 200 each I’m very very happy with this product it came super fast too.

These are amazing! I didn’t want to spend a ton on winter apparel since any snow here usually melts by noon but we are going on a ski trip in a few weeks. I’m glad I read the reviews and went a size up. I am 5’ 7” 135 lbs and the L fits awesome. I usually have problems in my croch area with suits because of my long legs/torso but this one provides lots of room and doesn’t ride up, even with my cozy sweats underneath there’s still room to move around. An added bonus is the zipper pocket on the sleeve for ID/credit cards for when on the mountain. Love love love.
