Q: Which Shipping options are available?
A: We offer Standard and Expedited shipping worldwide. For wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us for more shipping information. We have great wholesale rates for our partners.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

If you are returning your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returning within 7 days of the request approval.
We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-70%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.
To prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, strict hygiene standards are a must. Base layer items, classified as intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked for everyone's safety and comfort.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
I was skeptical at first, but the snowpants are great. They are completely waterproof and fit well. The only thing I would change is adding a button to the zipper on the legs of the pants, since the zipper always opens. But it’s not that bad, since the elastic inside pants are still below it, so no water gets inside. Can only recommend!

Good value for ski pants.
Bought these before going skiing, and after wearing them for an entire day I can say they are much more comfortable than other ski pants I have had. The material is waterproof and after a day outside they were almost completely dry.

Buy the size you need, not up a size
These are amazing value for the price! Great quality, super thick & warm. I ordered up a size thinking I'd need it for layering underneath but they're a little big now. Fortunately, The design of the adjustable Waist with Belt Loop makes this okay. I'll be skiing with them anyway🤣
Definitely would buy again, but buy actual size.

Cold Riding Pants - good option!
I use these as my cold-weather motorcycle riding pants. They fit well over my armored riding pants, and keep me nice and toasty in 32-degree weather, riding at 70+ mph. I've only had them this season, but so for these are great pants to ride in.

I just brought them for my adult son who works outside and he loves them so much I ordered him another pair in a different color. I waited to write a review until I saw both pants fit. They are durable, warm and true to size. Very satisfied.
