Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

All sales on big promotion(40%-70%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.

Exchanges:

We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
I am 6'3' 200lbs bought the XL seems to fit well. Have not tested in the snow yet but seems to be pretty solid...

It’s a good product
Great product, I would just improve a bit the texture of the out woven, for me it is too rugged.I like thing a bit larger so the 3XL for me was the perfect size.

Great for our No. West Winters
Great suit performs really well and holds up to all the fun falling down with the kids in the snow or working scrapes and abrasions from crawling around in the shop. It's awesome to put the suit on with my jammies on inside, no more thermals, pants, under jacket, then jacket; we just slip it on and go; soooo much easier! So, here's the likes and dislikes: works well from in 0-F to -17-C; just slip a thin set of warmers or jammies on and go. When riding the motorcyle or ATV, it just needs a little help when the wind is cold with a outer jacket or warmer jacket inside, the bottom/pant section does well. The hand pockets are too small, but do work and it be great if there were a few more vents. Also, there's no real up front pockets to keep your hands warm if you don't have gloves. I also use it for open cockpit flying int he winter and it does really well with some added clothes. And yes, the color is not so attractive (wish there were a few more color selections), but the suit rocks for the value!! :)
