Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local postal service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
I'm a beginner snowboarder who needed to buy snow wear for my first lesson. I didn't want to spend too much as I wasn't sure I would like it and/or be able to actually learn. I haven't given up on the boarding and based on this purchase, if I keep to it, I know that I don't ever have to spend hundreds for good snowboard wear.

It looks super cute!! I hope to get better at snowboarding and if so, I'll be buying these in every color. For reference, I'm 5'5, 164#'s and I ordered M. I was still able to fit the thin thermal layer as well as butt and knee pads. A bit tight with the added pads, but still fit well.

Better than Snow Pants
Easy on, easy off and stay up because of the shoulder straps. Love the blue color that matches a jacket I have. They are comfortable and very warm. True to size I will wear them for many years to come.

Worth every penny!
I go skiing every other weekend so I have several snow suits and winter overalls. I was a bit skeptical at first because of the low price and if it would lack durability because of the price but NO, I was so shocked. The snow suit has amazing quality and will keep you warm. It insulated well and never once did I get cold on the mountain with bibs. You can get a cheaper suit for half the prices. It also was very water resistant. I would be out on the mountain for hours and even after snowing and me falling I was still dry. These held up nicely. the snow suit did run a bit bigger which I liked because you can pack on some layers underneath if you want. Overall you cant beat this deal. Dont walk but run and buy these for your next trip. I will definitely be purchasing more pairs but in different colors. They have a good selection of colors.

i am 51 140lbs and the size M fit me perfectly!! the torso is not too tight with the perfect amount of room. could easily fit a hoodie underneath and the legs are roomie as well, perfect space for a base & mid layer if needed!i tried this on in my house and cannot attest to how warm it will keep me when we are actually skiing this winter but the quality felt durable and was
comfortable! im glad i went with a medium short, just a little more form fitting. i paired it with another snowverb ski jacket!

Lovely snow pants
These fit like a glove and easy to move around in. My expectations were not high, usually snow pants fit me horribly, but these are stretchy and warm. Looking forward to the snow season and wearing these!
