Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local postal service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
Ordered the blue-flyflow. These pants are great! The color is very nice and as expected. Fit is perfect and the style is flattering! Fine in normal wash with other lights. Would definitely buy again.

Great quality pants. Very wind resistant, insulated interior makes it great for cold weather. My wife is always cold and these pants are great for going out in the cold weather. She likes them so much, I might even order another pair in different colour.

Way more comfortable than I was even hoping!
I am in that weird size area where a small sometimes works and sometimes it needs to be a medium. This isn't a reflection on a true to fit but more of a fluctuation and what I feel comfortable in. So I at first ordered the small and they were just a bit too tight with long underwear under them (I tried them on with that in case I wanted/needed to have an extra layer on super cold days) and so I returned them and got the medium. I really purchased these just to have some lined pants to wear when I needed to head out to shovel. I got them this morning and tried them on and haven't taken them off, so comfortable and I can move easily in them. Highly recommend!

Not very baggy. Slimish-straight and fits around my boot.
To be honest, I didn’t have high expectations but i am VERY IMPRESSED. Superb quality and fit. I hate that most Snowboard Pants are baggy. These are actually pretty fitted. Fits true to size. Very happy.
