A: We offer Standard and Expedited shipping worldwide. For wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us for more shipping information. We have great wholesale rates for our partners.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

All sales on big promotion(40%-70%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.

Stylish and functional design: 3L GENJI TEX fabric, goggle scraper pocket.I am 5.7 feet tall, 165 pounds, and ordered a size L according to the size chart. It is a little bit baggy for me. If you want a very baggy look refer to the size chart. if you want be less baggy, go one size smaller. Recommended.

Pretty red coat
These pants were long enough (I'm 5'9, 185lbs), very warm and fit good. My only complaint is that the metal closures turn when you are trying to fasten the pants.

I was super skeptical on buying a jacket online. I live in WI, so it’s important to have a good winter coat. I wanted to jump the gun and get it now before it was too late. BUY THIS JACKET! I immediately tried it on and was super happy with this purchase! The print is exactly what the pictures show. If you’re questioning your sizing, size up. I had both the 2XL and 3XL in my cart and ended up going with the 3XL, it will easily fit a sweatshirt underneath but I have a feeling I won’t need one. Seriously, BUY THE JACKET!!

Best jacket ever!!!
If you want to be comfortable and warm at the same time, get yourself one of these jackets! Has many pockets with zipers on the outside and pockets on the inside. It doesn't often snow where I live but in some winters it does get down into the negatives at night and this jacket is was the best gift I have ever gotten. So I got my sister and boyfriend one. I highly recommend it because I do NOT like to be cold and this jacket lets me be warm, dry (from rain or snow), and comfortable!
