Q: Which Shipping options are available?
A: We offer Standard and Expedited shipping worldwide. For wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us for more shipping information. We have great wholesale rates for our partners.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

If you are returning your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returning within 7 days of the request approval.
We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-70%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.
To prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, strict hygiene standards are a must. Base layer items, classified as intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked for everyone's safety and comfort.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.

True to size - tight under the arms
Nicely made jacket for the price.I had a chance to wear this outside at home (not on the mountain) and it's light yet feels like it'll be warm enough for skiing.Plenty of pockets, zips work wellI have the large and it fits OK but it feels a little narrow/tight under the arms when I'm moving around.I will update the review once I have been able to wear it for a day's skiing.For now 4 Stars

No complaints! Good Jacket
Unlike the other reviews, I got the size and style I ordered. This is a great jacket for the pricepoint. Waterproof, warm, sturdy yet comfortable. Plenty of pockets for everything. The materials are good quality, it's structured nicely and well made in my opinion. It's not restrictive in movement at all. I really like it alot.

A little snug under the arms
This is for the kirnusino Mens Ski Jacket Snow Coat for Men Windbreaker Waterproof Hooded with Shoulder Pass Card Pocket Windproof WarmI bought this jacket to use for snowboarding and it's been perfect so far (we have not used it on an extremely cold day yet). The fact that all of the pockets have zippers is a huge plus so I'm not constantly worrying about losing my keys on the mountain. The thumb-hole sleeves are a tremendous benefit as well as it keeps the jacket from sliding up your arms when I (invariably) wipe out on the bunny slope.Jacket has kept me sufficiently warm and dry - it IS a little snug under the arms, but otherwise fits true to size.

Perfect for chilly (but not freezing cold) days
This is a really nice and warm windbreaker. It has handy pockets for everything you need on the slopes. Wallet, ski pass, car keys etc. it's comfortable and the hood is nice for keeping the wind out of your ears. It's not designed to be worn in sub freezing temps, and the waterproof outside is great for wipeouts in sloppy spring snow conditions.
