Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local postal service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.

These are warm, comfortable. Oh joy! You can bend freely at the knee. I unpacked mine this morning and stuck them on. I then went about the business of packing and moving to a new house. It was as though I had owned them forever. Surreal.
Its quite shocking and magical that these fit me because hardly anything ever does. And they are cute. And warm. Needless to say, I will have to buy additional pairs.

This is my first pair of snow pants ever. They arrived quickly and kept me very warm even in single degree temps. Im 52 so it happens. I got the medium (140 lbs, fit) because I knew Id have pants on under it. I found that I probably could have gone with a small which would have solved the length issue, but the medium was fine and it has the ability to tighten at the waist. Im really happy with this purchase.

Comfy and warm.
Soo Im going to Alaska in November and wanted everything warm I can find. These pants are great. I got a medium and MAYBE I need a small (52 130lbs). I would prefer something more snug. I have a small waist and wide hips so it really just dropped all the way to my hips. Very cute.
