Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local postal service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
Had ordered one size that ran small, so returned and reordered. This size will fit over my regular pants without issue. Looking forward to using them for my next ski trip. Appear also to be somewhat windproof, and do have waist drawstring if you need them.

Came In Immediately!
If your looking for last minute snow pants look no further! These came in in a day, they were great quality, fully waterproof. I sat in the snow a lot during learning how to snowboard and never did the wetness seep through onto my under pants. They were very comfortable and easy to get on and off. True to size, and are able to fit pants underneath!

I ordered the XL for my husband but should have gotten him the large. Worked ok with a waist drawstring though. The black color was great for him. I ordered the medium for my teen and they fit him perfectly. He loves the pants and cant wait to use them again. they held up great after washing several times and several days worth of 7-8hrs of skiing. Highly recommend!

Keep dry and warm
My son wears a medium and I ordered the Large mostly for the length. The waist was too big (as expected) but thanks to the adjustable waist and belt, this still worked fine. The length was okay, too.These are comfortable and waterproof. He went snowboarding on a warmer day with lots of melt, but still stayed dry.
