Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local postal service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges:

Defective Items

Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
These pants are awesome. So much that I immediately bought a second pair. I use them in so many ways: Golfing in cold or rain, hiking, traveling, etc. Much better than jeans and a nicer look as well. Tons of complimnets.

Work as they should
Absolutely gorgeous. If youre reading this buy multiple pairs and the exact size that you wear dont think its going to shrink because they dont this is a Beautiful fabric heavy stitching, extremely warm, very durable. It has that soft weatherproof feel to it. Im literally ordering a couple of pairs right now. Extra total thumbs up you cant go wrong they are even nicer than you think.

Warm & Windproof
I take a lot of photos over winter here in Minnesota, so temps can get to be quite low. Add to that the wind chill and regular 30+ mph winds. It can be brutal.
These have been an absolutely great addition to my gear this season.
Good fit, windproof, warm and don't let moisture through when I'm kneeling in snow or on wet ground.
They wipe clean easily too.
A really good buy, especially for the lower budget end.

These are well made and comfortable. I'm using them for hiking in snow and rain. They are really warm. I am wearing them now as a matter of fact. Storm is coming where I'm at. May get a second pair. Zippered pockets keep items dry. Warm.
