Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Defective Items

Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.

Love this! Super cute on. The front pockets have zipper closure which is important to not lose things while active. Pockets are deep enough. Sleeves have Velcro to tighten on wrists.Waterproof - so you will stay DRY! I like the weight. Everyone has complimented it. Great purchase!

Well made and nice color contrast. Goes on over the head and is made of a water/weather resistant outer shell. Jacket is well insulated and warm but also light considering how well made it is. It's a good length.It's comfortable and looks good for skiing, snowboarding and general winter use. Overall- quality ski jacket.

I ordered this item for a trip overseas. The weather was set to be below 30 degrees. Im happy I had this jacket with me. Im not really a fan of large puffy coats as I prefer items that provide flexibility and allow freedom for more body movement. This was perfect. According to the size chart, I ordered a medium. Im 58 and right at the cusp of a medium/large. I took a gamble and ordered the medium. Im happy I did. Even with my ski bib and multiple layers, I was still very warm.
