Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local postal service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges:

Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
Im sure there are better bibs out there but for the price, this bib is perfect. Fit is as expected and keeps you warm and dry. As far as durability, I have worn it twice sledding with the kids and no issues.

Great ski bib!
I was skeptical about these when they arrived. I want to return them. Then I tried them on. They are by far the most comfortable overalls I have ever worn. They are very flexible and allow me to move freely. I usually struggle to put.on and wear coveralls but these are very easy for me to get in and out of. They truly are as advertised, they keep you very warm, they keep you dry and they flex to fit very easily. I can't speak as to the durability of the material this is made out of because Ive only worn them a few times so far but as of now I am very impressed.

It was a last minute purchase, and it was definitely a life saver. Kept me warm on the slopes, very easy to take on and off, plenty of pockets, and adjustable! The bottoms fit over the ski boots too.

If you want to be cold and wet in the snow, then dont buy these. But if you want to go on about your business and Not be affected by the snow much. Then buy these. Thnx for having these to offer. These were the first ones I looked at. Sellers, its hard to make a purchase decision on line. So the more truthful and thorough description of your products is very helpful.
