Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local postal service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.

What a great hoodie
This is a great hoodie it's really warm. I live in Washington so the weather is needless to say "wet" so when I purchased this coat I wasn't expecting it to be so comfortable. I have hoodie that Ive purchased in the past that I've spent a lot more money on and was not nearly as good as this one.The lining is really plush and cozy.You will definitely stay warm on those cold days and nights The fit is right also. True to size And as far as the price goes in my opinion you can't get any better value for the quality of this jacket. One of the best things I've bought in a long time. Just got the product in the mail today! Btw nicely packaged. Double bagged. I’m 5’6’’ I got the black size Medium. I wear it under my coats due to hating the cold so it definitely fits well. So far as I can tell it looks warm. It has 2 Zip Pockets. A connected & adjustable Hood. I love how the cuffs I can adjust perfectly to fit my wrists! Overall, I'm very pleased with this buy.

Seems like a warm winter hoodie
I bought this for my girl. He needed something that wasn't big and bulky, yet warm. This hoodie seems like it's going to be very warm, and isn't bulky at all. The lining inside is very nice also. Price was great for quality of product. Also, they shipped it right away and was delivered right when it was supposed to be.
