Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges:

Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
I bought this for my 2nd ski season, and I have not been disappointed, Kept me very warm even in 7-degree temperatures on the slopes. Will definitely buy another one. It fits like a glove, no complaints.

Seams ripped easily
Wore this to an outdoor concert. I didnt think it was going to snow but I am glad I had this handy. It kept me warm the whole time I was at the concert. I highly recommend this jacket for any snowy weather.

Cannot beat the price for the high quality jacket. Very well made and thought out. Stitching is great. Several pockets. Warm but light and easy to move in. Not stiff at all. Im 52 and weigh 110 lbs and the S was recommended.Highly recommend! Thinking about buying the matching pants now.
