Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

All sales on big promotion(40%-70%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.

Exchanges:

We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
The ski suit is snow/water proof, but it is way too thick and I got sweaty easily. At the end of the day when I took it off, my underwear is half wet because it's too thick. It does have zippers for ventilation on the sides, but it doesn't help much. It could actually be a good suit for beginners since it's thick and kind of like a cushion layer. The suit is also very heavy and size runs large for me even though I bought based on the size chart.

Sweeeet full snow suite, very warm in -20- with wind yet still breathable and cool at -3. Quality and workmanship is superb � and attention to detail excellent. My measurements are height: 5'7" hips:48, waist:34, bust:49 weight 201 and I bought size xl in light pink. I rolled around in the snow and played around a bit and movement is great with great extension and comfortable reach. The fabric is pretty awesome too, quite thick with fluid movement and snow doesn't melt into it just sits and falls off. Zippers are strong and great quality and all breathing air zippys are great quality. Ankles have zipps as well to fit under or over boots. Really DeaDLystyle

Heavy/thick material
I love the look of this snowsuit and it is definitely good quality.
Unfortunately, the material was way too heavy for me - felt almost like scuba diving material in a way. Way too heavy to wear and carry.
Was slightly tight in some areas as well, but not too bad.
Was much too long inthe sleeves and legs tho.
