Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-70%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.
To prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, strict hygiene standards are a must. Base layer items, classified as intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked for everyone's safety and comfort.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
I got this suit two seasons ago and forgot to write a review. Upon opening I noticed that the fabric quality was very good. It fit me very well and looked adorable! I’m 5’ 1” ~120 lbs athletic build and got a small. I wore it around my house and did some weird body movements just to make sure it would hold up on the slopes and had no issues as I noticed their return window is very small, plus I had a surgery coming up and didn’t want to chance it.
After I did a few runs my first time hitting the slopes with the suit, I noticed a breeze on my chest and that my zipper popped. The zipper is nice quality don’t get me wrong, but I tried having some family who work in fashion help repair it but weren’t successful.
I sent a message to customer service when this happened and they never got back to me. For the price I would’ve expected this suit to last much longer. I didn’t have the funds at the time to get a new suit so I’d layer up on my torso and clothespin the zipper shut. This definitely was an inconvenience but it was my only option since I donated my old gear once I got this. I’m finally purchasing a new snowsuit so that’s why I’m finally reminded to write a review.

Legit snowsuit and quality!
I am super excited to have this high quality snowsuit! Also I have a couple onsies and neither of them have a zipper back to make using the bathroom so easy! If you don't know what that means..you don't have to take your whole snowsuit off! Lol the quality of the fabric will make it nice to ride even on those wet snow days, I don't have to worry about my suit getting soaked. I live in a mountain town as well and the Temps can vary..so it's nice to have the vents and also feel warm and toasty! Will definitely be on the slopes and on my snowmobile in this fit! I can't wait to turn heads ! I am so pumped! If you are thinking about it, just get it!
